SPECIALLY TREATED
Carbon 6K braided biaxial sleeving is specially treated to enhance fiber penetration and wet-out, improve resin absorption and adhesion, preventing fiber pull-out and the entrapment of air.
45 DEGREE ARCHITECTURE
The unique 45 degree fiber orientation and architecture of this braid accommodates a wide circumference range and necks down, offering exceptional natural conformability.
BRAIDED SLEEVING
Braided sleeving provides increased interlaminate strength, damage tolerance, and the propensity to delaminate is reduced dramatically.
COST EFFECTIVE SOLUTION
Braided materials are designed to decrease mass and layup times, whilst increasing strength and fiber fraction; providing a more cost-effective solution.
STIFFNESS TO WEIGH RATIO
Braided sleeving provides the highest stiffness to weight ratio of any other composite reinforcement material on the market and therefore may be used to make exceptionally light weight sockets.
MULTI-RESIN APPLICATIONS
Recommended for use with DURALAM, LIMBART, EPOXACRYL, THERMACYL, ECOLAM Xs, EPOMAX and LAMMAX high performance laminating resins.

The above circumferential dimensions in inches are approximate and may vary without notice and are intended as a guide to assist in selecting the most appropriate size of braided sleeving for your application.
Note 3:
Beware of purchasing braided sleeving that has low aerial weight, (grams per square meter) that produces a “fish net” effect when applied over your socket. It may be cheaper but it won’t look good aesthetically !
